New Graduate College student progress reports available

The Graduate College continues to develop innovative solutions for supplying important data needs. Recently, the Graduate College IT and Data Team developed a number of new interactive reports for the graduate support staff community.  These reports provide access to enrollment, degrees, student progress, and other resources vital for supplying proactive support services to students.  Some newly built reports include:

  • Comprehensive Student Enrollment and Registration Holds Report
  • Faculty Endorsements Report
  • Graduate Committee Participation (from iPOS) Report
  • IADP enrollment and IAD Partner Pairings Report
  • 4+1 Enrollment Report
  • AGFE Scholars Enrollment Report
  • ASU Cintana China Hub Enrollment Report
  • Graduate Students who do not have an approved iPOS Report

All of the reports above are available on the Graduate Student Progress Analytics site, which gives academic units the ability to track active graduate students with more than 30 interactive reports available. That number will continue to expand as the Graduate College shifts to meet the needs of the Graduate programs at ASU.

The Graduate College is offering an upcoming workshop for graduate staff as part of the Building Networked Communities: Summer Workshop Series. which will provide an overview of the Graduate Student Progress reports as well as how to utilize the tools to meet unit needs. Register today!
